Lucky for you, the Flatland Music Library offers various services to help you in the academic research needs!

If you are having a hard time in any aspect of your academic research – whether its writing, researching, citing or publishing – do not ever hesitate to visit the library and ask for help. The Flatland Music Library’s staff are trained to assist you in nearly all aspects of research.  Some of the services we offer include:

  • How do I reference all these books!?

    Reference: Completing literature searches, finding books & articles online or in print.

  • Inter-library Loan: Making requests to order copies of articles or materials from other libraries.
  • Instruction: We offer numerous drop-in courses throughout the year on how to search databases, use the catalogue, write papers, and cite sources.
